Assistant to the CEO (Entry Level)
Corporate - Office of the CEO
[Location - Huntsville, Alabama] - Posted October 1, 2019
Aevum provides comprehensive space logistics services to enable government and commercial customers to reliably launch small spacecraft to space in a time frame as short as hours. Aevum provides these comprehensive services by designing, developing, and operating advanced logistics networks, autonomous technologies and launch vehicles.
The company was founded in 2016 to directly enable space-based assets that can help save millions of lives and connect those who were left behind by the digital revolution. We believe that the right technologies deployed in space can help make the world better and transcend the unity of humankind.
“What FedEx did for package delivery, Aevum is doing for space access. When a business sends a parcel with FedEx, they don’t want to have to worry about the minute details of how it gets to its destination. The only considerations should be simplicity, reliability, speed, and cost. The same should be true for sending a payload to space. With Aevum, it is. Our team has created an end to end solution for government and commercial customers to deploy payloads to low Earth orbit. Unlike other solutions, Aevum provides not just the ride to space, but all the ancillary services and infrastructure required to get a payload to a specific orbit reliably, on schedule, and in a cost effective manner.“
– Jay Skylus, Founder & CEO of Aevum
