The Executive Assistant works closely with executive management to support the growth of the company.
The ideal candidate is exceptionally professional, organized, and resourceful with strong interpersonal skills and highly reliable. This is a fast-paced, mid-level career position. Prior experience in the technology or aerospace industry is necessary. Aevum is a global company - traveling as necessary is expected.
This position may require relocation outside of Huntsville, Alabama.
Support executive management by informing executives of all commitments and responsibilities. Follow up on behalf of executives appropriately
Maintain a realistics balance of priorities
Perform tasks and organize priorities effectively with keen attention to details
Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas and ensure that all relevant documents available for travel related activities
Independently complete projects
Perform market research and analysis
Establish new facilities and operations
Regulatory compliance and licensing
Solve problems and overcome challenges proactively with minimal oversight
Use strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders (investors, customers, etc.)
Manage an active executive calendar and maximize efficiency
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications
Strong skills with Microsoft Office Products like Word, Excel, PowerPoint. MS Project experience is a plus. Skills in the Mac equivalent software to MS Office is great
3 to 7 years of experience supporting executives in a technical environment
Passionate and dedicated to career, space, and technology

Demonstrated ability and experience handling confidential information
Must be a U.S. Citizen
